DirectLaw ™ is offered as "Software as Service" (SaaS) that enables a law firm to create a "virtual law practice" without a major capital investment and without developing complex software applications on their own. Our service is offered exclusively as a "hosted service."
Our specialty is providing web-enabled, automated legal forms to consumers and small business in such areas as divorce, name change, child support, wills, living trusts and asset protection documents, landlord-tenant matters, business formation, human resource matters, copyright and trademark, and the protection of intellectual property. DirectLaw ™is powered by Rapidocs a leading web-enabled document automatio solution developed by Epoq in the the United Kingdom and distributed exclusively by Epoq, US, in the United States.
DirectLaw™ is a hosted web service. It does not require any programming and comes ready with a basic library of 200 state-specific automated legal forms with the flexibility to add custom forms. The DirectLaw™ solution seamlessly integrates with your law firm's existing web site and can be up and running in as little as 10 days. A Level I Subscription is also offered without the legal document libraries, but still creates a "virtual law office" for the law firm that enables the law firm to offer legal advice, client communications, and legal document review over the Internet.
DirectLaw™ can also be used by corporate legal departments that want to provide automated legal documents through a corporate intranet to their managers, such as human resource departments and procurement departments.
