DirectLaw™ is a hosted web service. It does not require any programming and comes ready with a basic library of 200 state-specific automated legal forms with the flexibility to add custom forms. The DirectLaw™ solution seamlessly integrates with your law firm's existing web site and can be up and running in as little as 30 days.

 

DirectLaw™ is licensed on a monthly subscription basis. The basic subscription includes:

  • Over 200 state-specific web-enabled interactive legal documents that can be incorporated into your web site immediately, requiring no programming on the part of you or your staff.
  • A secure, branded, and individualized web space where your clients can purchase their documents, request legal advice, communicate with you, and access state-specific legal information and resources. 
  • A secure, online and individualized administrative area where you can manage your clients and their documents.
  • A built-in e-commerce functionality so you can start selling legal documents bundled with legal advice from your web site almost immediately.
  • Questionnaires in Adobe .PDF format, integrated with our on-line document automation templates that you can print out and give to your off-line/in-office clients to enable them to organize their information for input in to automated template;
  • A copy of Rapidocs Solo - the authoring system - so you can author you own Rapidocs®templates for use either in the office or on-line.
